This website is operated by Valeome (“Valeome”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at info@valeome.com. These terms apply to everyone who visits the site or buys from it.
Using our website
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to send harmful or misleading material. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Products and health information
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, packaging and ingredients may change from time to time, and we cannot guarantee that every description is completely error-free.
The information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Supplements and skincare are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are buying for a child, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use, and always follow the directions on the label.
Prices and orders
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and offers at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Where instalment or “buy now, pay later” options are offered, they are provided by those partners under their own terms.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is described in our shipping policy, and returns and refunds in our refund policy (7-day returns). Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product photography and design, belongs to Valeome or its brand partners and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand names and logos of our partner brands belong to their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, or our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, outages or natural events. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies to your visit or order.
